Ken was born on August 11, 1971. He received his training at the University of Westminster and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London, as well as at the National Shakespeare Conservatory and the London Classic Theatre School in New York City. Additionally, he holds a theatre B.A. from St. Lawrence University.
